The past three winters will be remembered for a long time. Frigid temperatures kept gas and water crews working around the clock. In many cases leaks occurred in newly paved roads. In the past, the utility companies would be required to mill and pave large areas around these repairs, at a huge expense to satisfy county and municipal requirements.
